Business & Dealer Solutions
When a driver's licence goes sideways, the work stops. Fleet Support is a business service for the operators, HR teams and dispatchers who absorb that problem.
Support your customers beyond the sale.
A vehicle sale is usually the start of someone's paperwork, not the end of it. We are open to partnering with Massachusetts dealerships that want their customers looked after once they drive away.
Customer membership packages
A dealership can purchase a defined membership term for its buyers and include it as a purchase benefit — for example, a year of DSC membership with a vehicle purchase, subject to an agreed partnership package.
Registration and runner support
Separately scoped paperwork assistance and eligible registry errands, based on transaction type, location, authorization requirements and volume.
A path to additional help
Your customers can request separately priced case support or other services beyond the membership their dealership sponsors.
How the commercial side works
- The dealership pays for sponsored memberships under an agreed package.
- Runner services and other operational work are separately scoped and priced.
- A sponsored membership does not automatically include Active Case Support or unlimited errands.
- Business pricing is provided through a custom proposal.
Registry errands are offered only where the transaction type and authorization requirements permit them. Government and third-party fees are separate.
When a licence problem becomes an operations problem.
For owners, operations managers, dispatchers and HR teams running multiple drivers and vehicles. One driver with a suspension nobody spotted is a route uncovered, and the administrative work to fix it rarely fits around a shift.
Paperwork and requirements
- Organizing driver-related RMV paperwork and administrative requirements
- Registration and vehicle-document preparation
- Eligible registry errands, where available and permitted
When a driver is affected
- Helping employees understand their next steps after a suspension or a confusing notice
- Administrative case coordination within an agreed scope
Education for your team
- Workshops for managers on RMV processes and documentation
- Driver sessions on paperwork and preparation
Business packages depend on driver and vehicle counts, locations, support volume, training needs and which services are included. Everything is separately scoped and quoted — there is no published rate for an operation we have not spoken to.
What this is not. We do not provide continuous licence monitoring, DOT or FMCSA compliance certification, fleet safety certification, or guaranteed reinstatement for any driver. We provide administrative support within a scope we agree with you in advance.
What is included
Built around your operation, not a consumer membership multiplied by headcount.

Starting framework
Final pricing depends on driver count, support volume, included cases, locations, training and customization. Every engagement is quoted in writing first.
| Fleet size | Setup starting at | Monthly starting at |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 drivers | $299 | $199 /month |
| 11–25 drivers | $499 | $399 /month |
| 26–50 drivers | $749 | $699 /month |
| 51+ drivers | Custom quote | Custom quote |
Setup is a one-time fee. Monthly support is recurring and can be cancelled with notice under your agreement.
Request a business proposal
Dealership or fleet — tell us about your operation and we will reply with a written proposal. Business pricing is always a custom proposal, never a published rate.
