Additional Services

Quoted separately

One-off tasks, priced per job. Not a subscription.

  • Record retrieval
  • Substantial document preparation
  • Eligible registration errands
  • Registry visits on your behalf, where permitted
  • Mailing

Each task is scoped, priced and approved by you before any work begins. Anything already covered by case support you have purchased is never charged again as an extra.

Ask what something would cost

Membership includes general RMV guidance, standard checklists, and access to member support. Individualized case support, document preparation, and other additional services are quoted separately. We explain the scope and price and get your approval before starting additional paid work.

Government and third-party fees are separate and are always paid by you.

We do not offer unlimited work, promise any outcome, or claim you will never need to attend the registry yourself.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

A few short questions about your situation. No documents, no payment.

  2. Join Driver Support Club for $29/month

Billed monthly, cancel anytime. You see the price before anything is charged.

  3. Get member guidance on your next step

Everyday guidance, checklists and preparation are covered by membership.

  4. Add Active Case Support if the matter is complicated

For a defined suspension, hearing or complicated matter, case support is an additional $199 a month alongside your membership — $228 a month in total.

  5. Buy specific additional services when you need them

Record retrieval, substantial document preparation, eligible errands and mailing are scoped, priced and approved by you first. Nothing extra is charged without your say-so.

The RMV Ready Packet

When you would rather not assemble it yourself, we prepare everything for one RMV visit in the order you will need it: the checklist for your transaction, the applicable forms, the supporting-document list, and a final readiness review.

Membership covers basic organization of your own documents and the checklist for your transaction. Preparing a complete packet for you is a separate paid service: we scope it, quote it, and start only once you approve.

Ask about transaction help

Common question

Can you handle a routine RMV transaction for me?

For eligible transactions, we can help prepare the documents and may handle agreed in-person or by-mail steps. Transaction assistance is quoted separately, and nothing begins until you approve the scope and price.

What is the difference between membership and Active Case Support?

Membership covers everyday guidance, standard checklists, help organizing your paperwork and preparation before a registry visit. Active Case Support is individual administrative work on one defined suspension, hearing or complicated matter — document preparation, record organization and tracking what is still outstanding.

Can I buy Active Case Support on its own?

No. It is available only while you hold an active DSC membership, because it builds on the guidance and checklists membership provides. Together they are $228 a month.

Will I be charged twice for the same work?

No. Anything already covered by case support you have purchased is never billed again as an additional service. Additional services are for work outside that scope, and each one is scoped, priced and approved by you before it starts.

Does this mean I never have to go to the RMV myself?

No. Some steps can only be taken by you, and some transactions require your presence. Where an errand or registry visit on your behalf is permitted and eligible, we can quote it as an additional service — but we do not promise you will never need to attend.

In development

DriveMV is on the way

Your license. Your documents. Your next step.

We are building a consumer app for the parts of this that should not need a phone call: upload your paperwork, understand what it actually says, and see what to do next. It is designed for the same complicated RMV processes we help people through today.

DriveMV is being built by Driver Support Club, powered by Thraxios Technologies. It is not released yet, and there is nothing to download — membership and the services on this site are unaffected.

DriveMV is an independent driver-support application by Driver Support Club. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any DMV, RMV, MassDOT or other government agency.
