What is and is not included
Membership includes general RMV guidance, standard checklists, and access to member support. Individualized case support, document preparation, and other additional services are quoted separately. We explain the scope and price and get your approval before starting additional paid work.
Government and third-party fees are separate and are always paid by you.
Membership does not include unlimited individualized casework, legal representation, payment of government fees, or guaranteed eligibility or approval.
What membership is really for
Most people join before they need us, and are glad they did. Driving problems rarely arrive one at a time, and they almost never arrive when convenient. Membership means there is already someone who knows how this works and can pick up the phone.
Bring us the thing you do not understand
- A suspension or revocation notice that arrived without warning
- A hearing date, and no idea what to bring or expect
- A citation, a surcharge, or a fee nobody has explained to you
- Reinstatement requirements that seem to contradict each other
- A transaction that was refused and you were not told why
- Records from more than one state that do not agree
Suspensions and RMV hearings
This is the part people most often face alone. We help you understand what the record actually says, what the requirements are, what a hearing looks like, and how to arrive organized rather than guessing. Preparation is administrative work, and it is work you should not have to do by yourself.
Some matters need a lawyer, and we will say so plainly when yours does. Knowing early which kind of problem you have is worth a great deal on its own.
Where the money actually goes
Membership is $29 a month. The costs it helps you avoid are usually much larger: fees paid toward a requirement that was not the one blocking you, services bought that were never needed, repeat trips and repeat filings, and penalties that keep growing while a file waits on a document nobody explained. Help avoid thousands in fees and unnecessary payments by finding out what is actually required before you start paying for it.
Costs vary by situation, and government and third-party fees are always separate and always paid by you. What membership changes is how much of it you spend without needing to.
What membership includes
Membership is access, savings and resources. Individual preparation work is priced separately at the member rate.

Additional services
Some situations need individual work rather than general guidance. These are separate from membership: we look at what you actually need, explain the scope, quote a price, and start only once you approve. Members pay member rates.
RMV transaction preparation
Document checklists built for your specific transaction, paperwork prepared from the information you give us, and a readiness review before you go — including the RMV Ready Packet.
Individualized case support
For suspensions, reinstatement requirements, IID, OUI-related administrative matters, medical and immediate-threat reviews, and records spanning more than one state.
Active Case Support is an additional $199 a month alongside your membership — $228 a month in total — and is available only while your membership is active.
Prices depend on what your situation actually involves, so we quote them individually rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for most people.
Membership questions
How do I cancel?
Email us before your next renewal date and your membership ends at the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. We do not prorate a partial month or year.
Does membership pay my RMV fees?
No. Government fees, reinstatement fees and third-party charges are always paid by you, directly to the agency or provider.
Do I need membership to use a service?
No. Every service is available at the nonmember price. Membership makes sense if you expect more than one transaction or an ongoing matter.
Will joining a case plan enrol me in membership?
No. Individualized case support is a separate service with its own price, quoted for your situation. Membership is a separate $29 product. Starting one never enrols you in the other, and nothing additional is charged without your approval.
