Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Driver Support Club when you buy a service or join.
This text is a working draft prepared for the business. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney and must be reviewed before public launch.
What you are buying
Administrative preparation, organization and educational support, as described on the page where you bought it. Nothing on this site is legal advice or legal representation, and no outcome from any agency is promised.
Fees and billing
One-time service fees are charged once, for one piece of work. Membership, DSC Active Case Support, fleet monthly support and professional consulting plans are recurring and are labelled on the page as monthly or yearly. DSC Active Case Support is $199 a month: the first payment begins case setup, your assessment and your first month of support, and it renews monthly while your matter is active. Recurring charges continue until you cancel. Government and third-party fees are always separate.
Cancellation
Cancel a recurring plan by emailing us before your next renewal date; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Partial periods are not prorated. One-time services can be cancelled for a refund before we begin work; once work has begun, refunds are handled case by case and in good faith.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information, you review and sign your own documents, and you make your own decisions about your transaction or matter. You will not ask us to sign or certify documents on your behalf without lawful authorization, or to use your account credentials.
Not legal services
Driver Support Club is not a law firm and does not practise law. If your matter needs legal advice or representation, we will say so and recommend that you speak to an attorney.
Limits
We are responsible for doing our preparation work carefully. We are not responsible for agency decisions, for changes in requirements after we deliver, or for information you gave us that turns out to be inaccurate. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
