What we collect through this website, why, and what we deliberately do not collect.
This text is a working draft prepared for the business. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney and must be reviewed before public launch.
What we collect
When you submit a form or the questionnaire, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, optional phone number, organization where relevant, your answers about your transaction or matter, your preferred language, and the page you submitted from.
What we do not collect here
Do not enter Social Security numbers, full payment-card information, account passwords, or unnecessary medical detail into any form on this site. These forms are not built for that, and we will not ask for them this way. If a document is needed later, we will send secure instructions.
How we use it
To reply to you, to route your request to the right service, to prepare what you asked for, and to send the updates you opted into. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, our hosting provider. Payments, when you make one, are handled on Stripe's own hosted pages — card details are entered on Stripe's system and are never seen by, or stored on, this website.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any email. Use the contact form and we will confirm in writing.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores your language choice in your browser so it stays selected as you navigate. If analytics are enabled, they will be described here with the provider named before they are switched on.
