About Driver Support Club
We help Massachusetts drivers navigate Registry of Motor Vehicles processes that are genuinely difficult to navigate alone.
Why this exists
The Massachusetts RMV is not trying to be confusing. But it serves millions of people through processes that most of them encounter only once or twice in a lifetime, usually at a bad moment. The result is predictable: a notice arrives, it is technically accurate and almost impossible to act on, and the person receiving it has no idea what to do next.
Driver Support Club was built to close that gap. Not by claiming influence we do not have, but by doing the unglamorous work properly — reading the record, identifying what is actually required, getting the documents right, and putting the steps in the order that works.
Who we help
Mostly individual drivers dealing with a suspension, a hearing, reinstatement requirements or a transaction that has stalled. We also work with employers and fleets managing driver compliance, and with attorneys, treatment providers, social service agencies and case managers whose clients cannot get where they need to be.
How the service works
Most people start with a free 1-on-1 call. You describe the situation, we ask the questions that matter, and you leave knowing what kind of problem you have.
From there, membership is $29 a month and covers general guidance on RMV processes, standard document checklists and access to member support. Where a situation needs individual work, that is quoted separately: we explain the scope and the price and start only once you approve it. Government and third-party fees are always separate and always paid by you, directly to the agency.
What we are not
This matters enough to state plainly.
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Some situations genuinely require an attorney, and when yours does, we will tell you rather than take your money.
We do not represent drivers at RMV hearings. We help you prepare thoroughly beforehand — which is where most of the difference is made — but the hearing itself is yours to attend.
We are not the RMV and have no affiliation with the Registry of Motor Vehicles, MassDOT or any other government agency. We have no special access, no inside track and no ability to influence a decision.
We do not promise outcomes. No one can honestly guarantee reinstatement, eligibility or a hearing result. Anyone who does is telling you something they cannot deliver.
The background behind the company
Driver Support Club was founded by someone who worked inside Massachusetts driver administration and saw the same preventable problems arrive again and again: people who had the right facts but the wrong paperwork, or who did not know which requirement was actually blocking them. The service is built around closing that gap before it costs someone months.
Where to start
Most people start with membership at $29 a month, which covers general guidance, standard checklists and member support. If you would rather talk something through first, a free 1-on-1 call costs nothing. If you would rather read first, the Massachusetts RMV help hub covers each area we work in, and the free quick-start guide walks through reading a suspension notice.
