Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for everyone who needs it, including people using screen readers, keyboards only, or magnification.
Our commitment
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA as our target. That is a target we work toward continuously, not a certification we claim.
What is built in
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link to the main content
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element
- Labels on every form field, with errors announced in text, not colour alone
- Contrast checked against the AA thresholds for body and interface text
- Motion reduced automatically when your device asks for it
- Layouts that reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling
- The full site available in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Known limits
Payment is completed on Stripe's hosted pages, which we do not control. Some downloadable documents we send may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers; ask us and we will provide an accessible version.
If something does not work
Tell us what page you were on and what happened, and we will fix it and give you the information another way in the meantime. We treat accessibility reports as service requests, not feedback.
Another way in
Everything the questionnaire does can be done by email or by phone once contact details are published. You never have to use an interface that is not working for you in order to get help.
