What Driver Support Club is, what it is not, and what it can and cannot do for you.

The core statement
Driver Support Club provides administrative preparation, organizational assistance, and educational information. Driver Support Club is not the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, AAA, a law firm, or an authorized RMV service location. We do not provide legal representation and do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, reinstatement, approval, or any specific outcome. Customers are responsible for reviewing and signing their documents and for the accuracy of all information submitted. Government fees and third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated.
What we can do
- Help identify the relevant transaction
- Explain published administrative requirements in plain language
- Provide document checklists
- Help gather and organize documents
- Populate administrative forms from information you provide, where appropriate
- Prepare a digital RMV Ready Packet
- Help you prepare for an online or in-person transaction
- Provide case organization and administrative navigation
What we cannot do
- Act as the RMV or AAA
- Approve, adjudicate, reinstate or guarantee a transaction
- Sign or certify documents on your behalf without lawful authorization
- Impersonate you or access your accounts using your password
- Provide legal representation or legal advice
- Guarantee that a document packet will be accepted
- Provide official MVR monitoring
Fees
Our fees pay for our preparation and organization work. Government fees, reinstatement fees, court costs, device costs and other third-party charges are separate and are paid by you directly to that agency or provider. Where we show an anticipated government fee, it is an estimate for planning and can change.
Accuracy and your responsibility
Everything we prepare is built from the information you give us and from published administrative requirements as we understand them at the time. You are responsible for reviewing every document, for signing your own documents, and for the accuracy of what you submit.
Language
This site is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If a translation and the English text differ, the English text is the version we can stand behind, and we will correct any translation you find unclear.
