Most people do not deal with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles often enough to learn how it works. Then something goes wrong — a notice arrives, a licence is suspended, a hearing is scheduled — and suddenly the process matters enormously and nobody has explained it.
That gap is what Driver Support Club exists to close. We work through education, preparation, administrative assistance and one-to-one support: understanding what your paperwork actually says, identifying what appears to be required, organizing documents, and preparing you for the steps ahead.
What we do not do is equally important. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal representation, and we do not represent drivers at RMV hearings. When a situation needs a lawyer, we say so.
Where drivers usually need help
Each area below has its own page explaining the process, what the RMV commonly requires, and how we can help.
How working with us usually goes
It starts with a conversation. You describe what has happened and we ask the questions that tend to matter: what the notice says, what dates are on it, what the record shows, whether more than one issue is in play. Most people leave that call knowing what kind of problem they have, which is often the thing that was missing.
From there, membership at $29 a month covers general guidance, standard checklists and member support. Where a situation needs individual work — document preparation, case-by-case navigation — that is quoted separately, explained in advance, and only started once you approve it. Government and third-party fees are always separate.
Driver Support Club provides administrative preparation, organization and educational support. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal representation, and we do not represent customers at RMV hearings. We are not the Massachusetts RMV and are not affiliated with any government agency. No outcome, eligibility or reinstatement is promised.
